Uh...quarterly update?
Wow, so it's been three months. Here's a quick condensed update:
My last sleep study was successful--I spoke a couple times in my sleep and they captured it. Other than a PET scan a couple weeks later, I haven't heard anything from them. Also, one of my friends is getting the same sleep study tomorrow night. Wish you luck, JT!
I and my job parted in early September. I am not in the business of actively looking for a new one (sorta...)
One would expect this to lead to more free time to work on artistic endeavors, and maybe to more posts to one's blog. You can imagine the actual outcome of all that.
My band, Doom Dong, played a week's worth of shows in mid-September. It was a fantastic time, full of lots of inspired moments, fits of lunacy, and tones of new recordings. It also meant I kind of didn't record a lot of nights of sleep. But I did catch some dooseys!
Since I've been so successful with posting regularly to this blog, [cue the sarcasm fairies] I'm also going to try some contributions to my friend's blog about dreams. You should check it out. At the very least, there's a bunch of other people posting their awesome and bizarre dreams, so it'll definitely be updated more often than this blog.
Just don't stop reading this blog too. :p
